How does per-matter pricing work?

You pay once per matter based on the data volume. No recurring fees, no per-GB hosting charges. Process your data, export the results, and you're done.

What counts toward the GB limit?

The GB limit refers to the original source data size before any processing. Compressed archives count at their expanded size. Deduplication happens after upload and doesn't affect your tier.

Can I upgrade mid-matter if I exceed my tier?

Yes. If your data exceeds your tier limit, you can upgrade and pay the difference. No need to re-upload or restart processing.

What export formats are included?

All tiers include CSV export. Professional and Enterprise include native load files for Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, and Nuix. Custom formats available on request.

Is there a trial or pilot program?

We offer a proof-of-concept pilot on a sample of your data. Contact us to discuss your matter and we'll scope an appropriate test.

What about matters over 150GB?

For matters exceeding 150GB, we provide custom enterprise pricing. Volume discounts available for multi-matter engagements.
